被聘用人员的工资福利待遇按三亚市事业单位在编工作人员有关规定执行。

（一）发布招聘信息
本次招聘公告在三亚市人力资源和社会保障局网、三亚党建网（dj.sanya.gov.cn）及三亚党建微信公众号向社会公开发布，后续招聘工作的有关事宜将在三亚党建网、三亚党建微信公众号上进行公布（示）。
（二）组织报名
1.报名时间：2025年9月19日08:00－9月29日12:00。
2.报名方式：采取网上报名方式进行，不收取报名费，每人只限报考一个招考岗位。居民身份证和社会保障卡均可作为报名和参加考试的身份证明。网上报名流程包括填写报名信息、上传照片及报名所需材料、查询资格审查结果、确认参加笔试、打印准考证等环节。应聘人员报名后应及时关注三亚党建网、三亚党建微信公众号了解招聘工作进展情况和有关事项公告，并保持报名时登记的联系方式畅通。

应聘人员应在规定的报名时间内登录报名网站填写报名信息、上传照片及报名所需材料进行报名。
4.网上报名须提交的电子版材料。所需上传的报名材料为以下（1）至（9）项，图片上传要求：以jpg图片格式上传（图片大小不超2MB）。
（1）应聘人员应按要求如实填写《中共三亚市委组织部2025年面向全国公开招聘部属事业单位工作人员报名表》（见附件2，本人签字按手印后扫描上传）；
（2）本人近期正面免冠蓝底证件照片；
（3）有效居民身份证或社会保障卡（正面、背面复印在同一页面）；
（4）毕业证书、学位证书（以国外或境外学历学位报名的，须提供教育部留学服务中心出具的《学历学位认证书》）；
（5）中国高等教育学生信息网（https://www.chsi.com.cn/xlcx/index.jsp）下载打印具有二维码标识的《教育部学历证书电子注册备案表》；
（6）考生诚信承诺书（本人签字按手印后扫描上传，见附件3）；
（7）党员身份证明（由现所在党组织出具近3个月的书面证明并加盖公章，见附件4）；
（8）应聘时已与海南省党政机关（含派出机构）、事业单位建立人事关系的人员，须按照人事管理权限，提交所在单位或主管部门同意报考证明（须加盖公章，见附件5）；
（9）应聘岗位需要的其他相关证明材料。
以上材料上传时必须保证完整、准确、清晰。因所上传的材料不完整、不准确、不清晰等，导致资格审查不合格的，责任由应聘人员承担。
参考往年报名情况，报名初始阶段，提交报名资料人数较少，资格审查速度较快。报名最后阶段尤其是最后两天，提交报名资料人数预计较为集中，届时会影响资格审查工作效率。建议应聘人员合理安排报考时间，根据本人专业、意愿和职业规划等尽早报名。
资格审查由招聘单位组织进行，招聘单位根据招聘岗位要求对应聘人员所提供的报名材料进行资格审查。通过资格审查的，方可参加笔试。岗位的招聘人数与应聘该岗位且经资格审查符合报考条件人数的比例不低于1:3方可组织笔试，未达到1:3比例的，则相应核减该岗位招聘人数直至取消该岗位的招聘，并向社会公布。招聘岗位被取消的，不再安排报考该岗位的应聘人员再次报名。
（四）参加笔试确认
资格审查通过的人员须在公告规定的时间内登录报名系统，依次点击“我的报考”－“已报考”－“确认参加笔试考试”按钮进行笔试确认。未在规定时间内进行确认的，视为放弃笔试资格，不能参加笔试。笔试确认有关事项将在三亚党建网、三亚党建微信公众号公布。
（五）打印准考证
通过资格审查人员名单、打印准考证及笔试有关事项将在三亚党建网、三亚党建微信公众号进行公布。
（六）组织考试
考试采取笔试和面试相结合的方式，先笔试，后面试。考试总成绩为百分制，由笔试成绩、面试成绩按照6:4的比例确定，考试总成绩=笔试成绩×60%+面试成绩×40%。各项成绩按“四舍五入”法折算精确到小数点后两位。
本次招聘考试不指定复习用书，不开办、不委托任何机构举办辅导班或出售考前复习资料。
1.笔试
（2）放弃面试资格的，须在笔试成绩公布之日起3天内，向招聘单位书面递交《放弃参加面试声明书》（本人签名并按手印）。因应聘人员放弃面试资格，而产生的空缺，可从应聘同一岗位笔试成绩达到合格分数线的应聘人员中，按笔试成绩从高分至低分依次递补。递补人员名单将于面试前3天向社会公布。
3.面试
（1）面试时间、地点：以面试通知单为准。
（2）面试形式、内容：采取结构化小组面试方式进行，主要测评应聘人员综合分析、计划组织、语言表达、应变能力及自我认知等。
（3）面试成绩：满分100分，面试合格分数线为60分（含），低于面试合格分数线者，不得列入体检、考察人选。面试成绩占考试总成绩的40%。面试成绩计算方式为：去掉一个最高分和一个最低分后，将其余考官的终评合计分相加之和，再除以其余考官数，计算出应聘人员最后得分（即：应聘人员最后得分=其余考官的终评合计总分÷其余考官数）。面试成绩当场公布。
（七）考试成绩排名
同一岗位有2名以上应聘人员考试总成绩出现并列的，按笔试成绩从高分至低分确定排名顺序，若笔试成绩再出现并列的，须进行加试，加试方式为面试，按加试成绩从高分至低分确定排名顺序。
各项考试成绩、入围体检人选和体检有关事项将在三亚党建网、三亚党建微信公众号公布。
（八）体检与考察
招聘单位承担初次体检费用。申请复检的，由提出申请复检一方承担复检费用。
体检结束后，入围考察人选将在三亚党建网、三亚党建微信公众号公布。
（九）拟聘人选确定及公示
根据考试总成绩、体检、考察等情况，由中共三亚市委组织部通过集体研究的方式，确定拟聘人选。拟聘人选名单将在三亚市人力资源和社会保障局网、三亚党建网及三亚党建微信公众号向社会公示5个工作日。
因下列情形导致拟聘岗位出现空缺的，经招聘工作领导小组研究，可从应聘同一岗位且面试成绩达到合格分数线的应聘人员中，按考试总成绩从高分至低分依次递补。递补名单在三亚市人力资源和社会保障局网、三亚党建网及三亚党建微信公众号公布。但公示期满后不再进行递补。
1.考察不符合要求的；
2.拟聘人选在公示期间放弃聘用的；
3.拟聘人选公示结果影响聘用的。
（十）聘用
1.公示期满，对没有异议或者经调查不存在问题的拟聘用人员，按人事管理权限和相关程序办理聘用手续。聘用单位按规定约定聘用人员的试用期，试用期包括在聘用合同期限内。试用期满考核合格的，予以正式聘用；考核不合格的，取消聘用。
2.新聘用人员在聘用单位最低工作服务年限不得低于3年（含试用期）。
