海南部署防范第3号台风“森拉克”,刘赐贵作批示

受今年第3号台风“森拉克”（热带风暴级）影响，我省从8月1日至3日将有一次较强风雨天气过程。8月1日，省委书记刘赐贵就防范第3号台风“森拉克”作出批示。8月1日下午，我省召开全省防御第3号台风“森拉克”视频会商会议，严密部署各项防御台风工作，确保人民群众生命和财产安全。

刘赐贵在批示中指出，台风“森拉克”将在三亚登陆或在其近海掠过，直接影响中西部各市县，各方面要周密部署，严加防范，特别是水库和景区景点安全，防范特大暴雨造成山体滑坡和洪涝等灾害，确保人民群众生命和财产安全。

今天下午，全省防御第3号台风“森拉克”视频会商会议在海口召开。会议要求，各市县、各相关部门要高度重视，杜绝麻痹大意，全力以赴落实好各项台风防御工作。由于前段时间，我省降雨量偏少，持续高温，导致多个市县出现气象干旱，此次台风将带来强降雨过程，各有关部门和市县要把防风和抗旱工作结合起来，精准分析雨情，做好水库蓄水补水，同时也要预防干旱转向积涝的可能性。

会议要求从四个方面切实抓好防风防汛工作。一是密切跟踪台风监测，及时预警预报，加强会商研判分析。二是防范工作前置，下沉防御资源，提前排查水库、建筑工地、漫水桥等风险隐患点，消除隐患。三是做好电力安全保障、城市排涝等准备。四是重视旅游景点景区的防风准备，保障游客安全。
