日前，经琼海市委批准，琼海市纪委监委对琼海市人大常委会机关原四级调研员，市交通运输局原党组书记、局长李名广严重违纪违法问题进行了立案审查调查。
经查，李名广违反中央八项规定精神，违规收受礼品；利用职务便利在工程项目承揽方面为他人谋取利益，非法收受他人巨额财物。
依据《中国共产党纪律处分条例》《中华人民共和国监察法》《中华人民共和国公职人员政务处分法》等有关规定，经琼海市纪委常委会会议研究并报琼海市委批准，决定给予李名广开除党籍处分；按规定取消其享受的待遇；收缴其违纪违法所得；将其涉嫌犯罪问题移送检察机关依法审查起诉，所涉财物一并移送。（琼海市纪委监委）
定安县公安局原党委委员、副局长王其灿严重违纪违法被开除党籍和公职
日前，经定安县委批准，定安县纪委监委对定安县公安局原党委委员、副局长王其灿严重违纪违法问题进行了立案审查调查。
经查，王其灿违反生活纪律；违反国家法律法规，违规购买农村集体土地，非法转让、倒卖土地使用权；利用职务上的便利或者其职权形成的便利条件，通过其他国家工作人员职务上的行为，为他人谋取利益，非法收受他人财物。
依据《中国共产党纪律处分条例》《中华人民共和国监察法》《中华人民共和国公职人员政务处分法》等有关规定，经定安县纪委常委会会议研究并报定安县委批准，决定给予王其灿开除党籍处分；由定安县监委给予其开除公职处分；收缴其违纪违法所得；将其涉嫌犯罪问题移送检察机关依法审查起诉，所涉财物一并移送。（定安县纪委监委）
