海南省的县委书记都是厅级干部

海南省是最年轻的省份，在三沙市没有成立之前，也是我国最小的省（除特别行政区外）。三沙市成立后，海南省一举夺魁，成为全国面积最大的省，陆地面积+陆海面积，合计高达220平方公里。

海南省陆地面积最小，相应地，下辖市、县个数就少。具体是：

地级市4个：海口、三亚、三沙、儋州。

县级市5个：五指山、文昌、琼海、万宁、东方。

4个县+6个自治县：定安、屯昌、澄迈、临高、白沙、昌江、乐东、陵水、保亭、琼中。

后面这15个县（市）不在任何一个地级市辖区，都由省直辖，所以，在海南省，经常现出正厅级县委书记的任命。

下面，我们看看这15个县市的书记是否全为厅级干部。

1.五指山市

市委书记朱宏凌，副厅级，上一职务为省委副秘书长。



2.文昌市

市委书记王鹏，正厅级，上一职务为省住建厅厅长。



3.琼海市

市委书记周长强，正厅级，上一职务为省卫健委党组书记、主任。



4.万宁市

市委书记盖文启，正厅级，上一职务为海南省农垦投资控股集团公司党委书记



5.东方市

市委书记李爱华，副厅级，上一职务为儋州市委常委、副市长，儋州是地级市。



6.定安县

县委书记刘峰松，副厅级，上一职务为省委组织部部务委员。



7.屯昌县

县委书记林莉，副厅级，上一职务为省纪委常委、监委委员。



8.澄迈县

县委书记盛勇军，副厅级，上一职务为三亚市副市长，三亚是地级市。



9.临高县

县委书记唐守兵，副厅级，上一职务为临高县长，曾任省扶贫办副主任。



10.白沙自治县

县委书记邓伟强，副厅级，上一职务为省审计厅副厅长。



11.昌江自治县

县委书记陈儒茂，副厅级，上一职务为三沙市副市长，三沙是地级市。



12.乐东自治县

县委书记孙世文，副厅级，上一职务为省政府副秘书长。现已到省总工会任职，新书记未到任。



13.陵水自治县

县委书记吴海峰，副厅级，上一职务为三亚市委常委。



14.保亭自治县

县委书记穆克瑞，正厅级，上一职务为省公安厅常务副厅长。



15.琼中自治县

县委书记蒋莉萍，正县级。



15位书记中，有2位女性，即：林莉和蒋莉萍，其中蒋莉萍也是唯一一位正县级，其他书记不是副厅就是正厅。

题外话：蒋莉萍的名字很有特别，三个草头，别具一格。

由县长过渡到县委书记的有两位：琼中县委书记蒋莉萍和临高县委书记唐守兵（唐任县长前已经是副厅级）。
