琼海一男子被查处

驾驶摩托车必须依法取得

E类或D类驾驶资质

但有些驾驶人为图方便

却动起了“歪心思”

结果受到了法律的严惩

9月8日10时30分许，琼海公安交警在嘉积城区东风路路段设卡开展整治行动时，发现驾驶琼C号牌普通二轮摩托车的曾某成未规范佩戴安全头盔，随即将其拦停进行交通安全劝导和例行检查。



检查过程中，民警要求曾某成出示驾驶证和行驶证，但曾某成出示的“驾驶证”却赫然写着其堂弟曾某的名字，引起民警怀疑。经仔细查验，曾某成出示的所谓“驾驶证”系伪造证件。据曾某成交代，其准驾车型为C1，为方便驾驶摩托车，其于2015年在海口市某制假证窝点以300元价格购买假证，由于彼时其身份证丢失，便在其堂弟曾某不知情的情况下冒用曾某的身份信息办理假证。



根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》相关规定，琼海警方依法对曾某成使用伪造、变造的机动车驾驶证及驾驶与准驾车型不符的车辆两项交通违法行为处以罚款6000元、驾驶证记9分、行政拘留10日的处罚，同时收缴伪造驾驶证、暂扣车辆。



使用伪造驾驶证的危害

一、扰乱道路交通秩序

由于伪造驾驶证使用者的驾驶行为不规范，容易导致交通拥堵和混乱，影响其他合法交通参与者的正常通行，破坏道路交通的正常秩序。

二、存在重大安全隐患

使用伪造驾驶证的人往往没有经过正规的驾驶培训和考试，缺乏必要的交通安全知识和驾驶技能。他们可能会违反交通规则，如超速、超员、闯红灯、不按规定车道行驶等，从而增加交通事故发生的风险，严重威胁自己和他人的生命财产安全。

三、保险理赔困难

使用伪造的机动车驾驶证上路行驶，一旦发生交通事故，保险公司可能会以驾驶人使用虚假证件为由拒绝理赔，这将导致驾驶人需要自行承担所有的经济损失，包括车辆维修费用、医疗费用、财产损失等。
