三亚市发布台风蓝色预警!

三亚市气象台2025年09月23日17时34分发布台风蓝色预警信号



受台风“桦加沙”影响，未来24小时内，三亚市沿海地区平均风力将逐渐增大到6级，阵风7-8级，并伴有雷电，建议有关单位和人员做好防范工作。

  防御指南：

1.政府及相关部门按照职责做好防台风准备工作；

2.停止露天集体活动和高空等户外危险作业；

3.相关水域水上作业和过往船舶采取积极的应对措施，如回港避风或者绕道航行等；

4.加固门窗、围板、棚架、广告牌等易被风吹动的搭建物，切断危险的室外电源。

海南省气象局2025年09月23日17时20分继续发布台风三级预警：今年第18号台风“桦加沙”（超强台风级），23日16时中心位于北纬20.5度、东经116.9度，也就是在广东省阳江市东偏南方向约530公里的南海北部海面上，中心附近最大风力17级（58米/秒），七级风圈半径340～380公里，十级风圈半径140～160公里，十二级风圈半径80～90公里。



预计，“桦加沙”将以每小时20～25公里的速度向西偏北方向移动，强度维持然后逐渐减弱，将于24日中午到晚上在广东台山到湛江一带沿海登陆（台风级或强台风级，13～15级，40～48米/秒），登陆后向偏西方向移动穿过雷州半岛，强度继续减弱。受其影响，23日夜间～25日白天，南海北部海面风力自东向西逐渐增大到14～17级；24日～25日，海南岛四周海面和北部湾海面风力将自东向西逐渐增大到9～11级、阵风12级；海南岛北部和西部地区有暴雨到大暴雨，其余地区有大到暴雨。海南岛东部、北部和西部沿海陆地风力9～10级，南部沿海陆地风力7～8级。请相关部门密切关注海南省气象局最新消息，海上平台和作业船只需继续做好避风措施，加强回港渔船管理和海南岛北部港口加固。
