琼海市华侨中学召开2025年秋季学期家长会

11月28日下午2:30，琼海市华侨中学2025年秋季学期家长会在全校师生的共同期待中拉开帷幕。

本次家长会初高中学段全覆盖，校园内处处洋溢着温暖的气息，家长们怀揣期待与信任步入校园，共同见证这场家校共育的暖心盛会。



【云端聚力·校长领航】





下午2:30，家长会准时开始。全体家长端坐在班级教室内，通过校园广播系统聆听王平校长的专题讲话。王平校长以“科学规划，协同育人”为主题，结合各年级学情特点，为全体家长送上“教育锦囊”：

初中部：以“习惯养成”为核心，强调夯实学科基础、培养自主学习能力，为高中升学蓄力；

高中部：聚焦“精准提分”，解析高考改革趋势，指导家长如何配合学校做好升学规划。

    王平校长特别强调：“每个孩子都是独特的星辰，我们将用最适合的教育守护他们的成长！”



【班级聚力·共话成长暖心桥】





















随后，由班主任主持班级分会场会议。各班精心策划，亮点纷呈：

数据化学情分析：各科学情分析表、进步学生榜单清晰呈现，班主任逐一点评班级优势与改进方向；

个性化沟通方案：针对初中生青春期心理、高中生选科焦虑等问题，提供定制化建议；

科任教师全员参与：语数英、政史地、理化生等学科老师逐一答疑，分享提分技巧。















【双向奔赴·家校共育显成效】

此次家长会的亮点频出，获得家长们的高度认可：

科学指导缓解焦虑：通过生动的案例分析，帮助家长理解“过度施压适得其反”的道理；

安全防线筑牢底线：通过多媒体播放防欺凌情景剧展演、急救技能实操演示引发家长强烈共鸣；

习惯养成贯穿全程：从七年级“良好习惯养成之星”到高三“错题管理达人评选”，展现学校育人细节；从晨读到夜自习的全天候管理，让家长看到学校的扎实付出。





班主任及科任老师围绕学生在校表现、学习情况及成长建议展开详细说明。
