文昌市自然资源和规划局、文昌市气象局2025年10月05日08时联合发布地质灾害气象风险蓝色（四级）预警：预计未来24小时（10月5日08时到6日08时），龙楼镇(铜鼓岭)降雨诱发地质灾害有一定风险，为Ⅳ级风险预警(蓝色预警)。请随时关注预警信息变化，注意附近警示标志，避免在沟谷、斜坡、陡崖（坎）等高风险地带逗留。请乡镇政府及资规、水务、交通、文旅、住建等部门做好预警区内的地质灾害隐患监测巡查，及时研判预警，发现灾险情及时处置并上报，必要时做到三个紧急撤离，确保人民群众生命财产安全。

今年第21号台风“麦德姆”（强台风级），5日06时中心位于北纬19.9度、东经112.1度，也就是在距离海南省文昌市偏东方向约120公里的南海海面上，中心附近最大风力14级（42米/秒），七级风圈半径200～400公里，十级风圈半径100～150公里，十二级风圈半径60～70公里。预计，“麦德姆”将以每小时25～30公里的速度向西偏北方向移动，并继续向文昌到雷州半岛一带沿海靠近，强度略有加强，将于5日上午在文昌登陆或近海擦过（强台风级，14～15级，42～48米/秒），登陆后强度逐渐减弱。

预计未来24小时，我市有暴雨到大暴雨，局地特大暴雨。另外，十级风圈已经开始影响我市东部乡镇，并将逐渐覆盖我市全域，十二级风圈5日上午起影响我市，覆盖我市大部分区域。
