琼海市职业中等专业学校原党委副书记、校长李兴严重违纪违法被开除党籍和公职

日前，琼海市纪委监委对琼海市职业中等专业学校原党委副书记、校长李兴严重违纪违法问题进行了立案审查调查。

经查，李兴无视中央八项规定精神和廉洁纪律，收受可能影响公正执行公务的礼品礼金。利用职务便利，在工程项目承揽、实施和工程款拨付等方面为他人谋取利益，并非法收受他人财物。

依据《中国共产党纪律处分条例》《中华人民共和国监察法》《中华人民共和国公职人员政务处分法》《事业单位人员处分暂行规定》等有关规定，经琼海市纪委常委会会议研究，决定给予李兴开除党籍处分；由琼海市监委给予其开除处分；收缴其违纪违法所得；将其涉嫌犯罪问题移送检察机关依法审查起诉，所涉财物一并移送。（琼海市纪委监委）

屯昌县国有资本投资运营有限公司原董事长、总经理郭光锋严重违法被开除公职

日前，经屯昌县委批准，屯昌县监委对屯昌县国有资本投资运营有限公司原董事长、总经理郭光锋严重违法问题进行了立案调查。

经查，郭光锋违反中央八项规定精神，接受可能影响公正执行公务的宴请，违规设定发放薪酬和滥发津补贴；违反组织要求，违反民主集中制原则，个人决定重大事项。利用职务便利，在工程设计变更、工程款拨付等方面为他人谋取利益，并非法收受他人财物。

依据《中华人民共和国监察法》《中华人民共和国公职人员政务处分法》等有关规定，经屯昌县纪委常委会会议研究并报屯昌县委批准，由屯昌县监委给予郭光锋开除公职处分；将其涉嫌犯罪问题移送检察机关依法审查起诉，所涉财物一并移送。（屯昌县纪委监委）
