9月15日上午，万宁市第十六届人民代表大会常务委员会召开第五次会议。市人大常委会主任陈创禄，副主任倪业高、蔡冰晶、蔡赛绒出席会议。市政府副市长郑忠发、市人民法院院长王军及相关职能单位负责人等列席会议。

会议审议并表决通过了万宁市人大常委会《关于专项工作报告满意度测评办法》《关于批准万宁市2021年市本级财政决算的决议》《关于万宁市2022年上半年国民经济和社会发展计划执行情况报告的审议意见》《关于万宁市2022年上半年预算执行情况报告的审议意见》《关于批准2022年万宁市和市本级财政预算调整方案的决议》《关于2021年度行政事业性国有资产管理情况专项报告和2021年度国有资产管理情况综合报告的审议意见》《关于“稳就业、保就业”工作情况报告的审议意见》《关于2022年上半年环境状况和环境保护目标完成情况的审议意见》《关于新一轮禁毒三年大会战工作情况报告的审议意见》等11项文件。



会议表决通过了人事任免议案，听取审议了新任命同志的供职发言。陈创禄为新任命人员颁发任命书，并监督新任命人员向宪法宣誓。
