三亚属热带气候，北海则属亚热带海洋性季风气候。三亚的纬度比北海小三度，距赤道更近一点，所以三亚比北海更热一些，年平均气温25. 5度，北海是22.9度，三亚年均日照2563小时，北海2009小时，平均每天三亚比北海多一个半小时的日照。北海的年降雨量1670毫米，远远超过三亚的1263毫米。

从长久居住看来，三亚虽然素有“天然温室”之称，但是和温、光、雨源充沛，气候宜人的北海相比，还是略有逊色。由于其独特的地理气候特征，三亚确实是世界上处于高寒地带的游客旅游度假的好地方，但是并不适宜长期居住。

全国每年平均七个台风三亚占二个，北海占0.2个；且台风一般都是正面登陆三亚，给交通、航空、道路、旅游、供水、通信等方面带来灾难性影响，而北海位于北部湾，特殊的地理位置让台风对北海影响比较少，这意味着住在北海比三亚更安全。



北海物价低，房价仅为三亚的三分之一。因三亚所在是海岛，运输成本要高于内陆，再加上台风影响，三亚的蔬菜和海鲜都要比北海高，这个可以亲自考察两地的便民市场。



最关键的是三亚市区房价在20000元/平左右，海棠湾的价格在80000元/平方米，北海市区房价在6000元/平左右，红树林的价格10000元/平方米，北海房价只是三亚的1/3，买房没压力，在北海买房比三亚更适合，生活在北海比三亚更轻松惬意，穿全城坐公交车只要2元，骑个电瓶车，只要3元。许多地方赶海都是免费。



北海银滩，被誉为“天下第一滩”，很平民化，不像三亚的亚龙湾，被一个又一个的酒店的沙滩隔离了，老百姓根本进不去。



北海银滩占地面积约38平方公里。西起冠头岭，东至大冠沙，由西区、东区和海域沙滩区组成，东西绵延约24公里，海滩宽度在30--3000米之间，陆地面积12平方公里，总面积约38平方公里。杨尚昆主席说北海银滩天下第一！每次来北海，我都要在银滩的沙滩上，赤着脚，走几公里。

2017年4月，习近平总书记莅临北海之后，提出“向海经济”，总投资39.9亿，44.819公里的北海向海大道早就通车了。

北海大道双向8车道, 路基宽63米，机动车道宽30米，全线设置辅路10米（含机动车道、非机动车道、人行道），辅路外侧设置8米绿化带，其中3米综合健身道。8米绿化带之外的现状绿化保留并补种。

北海的街道非常大气，上海路、四川路、长沙路、江苏路、西藏路、昆明路，好像全国地标似的。



可以说，北海这个被海洋、绿树和鲜花环抱的城市，已日益成为吸引国内外投资的“磁场”。北海不但有旅游业也有工业支撑，在国家“一带一路”大战略实施下，北海定位向海经济，充分利用国家近年来对北海的各项优惠政策，北海经济社会进入快速发展轨道，北海发展潜力比较看好。



三亚是旅游度假的天堂，但不适宜长期居住；北海既适合旅游度假、又适合长期居住，不愧为宜居城市的称号！



北海的海鲜平易。人平100元，随便吃。在海鲜市场，北海帝黄蟹188元一斤、东星斑180元一斤、石斑鱼30元一斤。自己在家里做来吃，更平易。涠洲岛的香蕉一元一斤，自然熟。



北海，涠洲岛，海上的香格里拉。许多北海人，都没去过涠州岛。涠洲岛，隶属于广西北海市，它是位于北海市银滩往南21海里的北部湾中的海洋火山小岛。岛上设有国家级的地质公园以及鳄鱼嘴风景区（火山口）、滴水丹屏、石螺口、五彩滩、贝壳滩、天主教堂等著名景点。在中国最美十大海岛中排列第二位，地位仅次于西沙群岛。涠洲岛号称“海上香格里拉”，它南北长6500米，东西约6000米，岛上常住人口大约16000多人。



涠洲岛是中国最大、地质年龄最年轻的火山岛，岛上风光秀美，四周烟波浩渺，有南海“蓬莱岛”之称。秋季的海边少了些夏日的拥挤，蓝白的浪花，沉睡的沙滩，静谧的空气，冰凉如丝的潮水，照在身上暖洋洋的阳光，仿佛一切美好都降临在了这里，也让浮躁的内心变得沉静。



真没想到，140多年前，涠洲岛上就建有一座天主教堂。涠洲岛天主教堂位于涠洲岛盛塘村的天主教堂，掩映在一片绿影婆娑的芭蕉林和菠萝蜜树林中，是清末“雷廉”地区一座最为宏伟的教堂。



该教堂由法国巴黎外方传教会传教士修建，落成于1880年。该教堂为哥特式建筑，楼高21米，总建筑面积774平方米，连同附属建筑在内总面积达到2000余平方米，是广西沿海地区最大的天主教教堂，2001年被列为全国文物保护单位。



我沿着教堂走了一圈，发现这里是真正的世外桃源，真正的慢生活。老乡们除了有时间、有阳光、有好的身体，荣誉之类的好像什么都没有。



教堂是神父住的地方，我还是喜欢住在面朝大海春暧花开的宾馆里。



去涠洲岛，一定要慢下来，住上两天。上午咖啡下午茶，一天看日出，一天看落日。
