琼海市司法局为椰林小学师生上好开学法治“第一课”

为进一步做好我市未成年人保护工作，增强青少年法治观念，营造全社会关心呵护未成年人的良好氛围。9月1日，琼海市司法局联合海南锦立宸律师事务所走进长坡镇椰林小学，为该校25名师生带来了一场以“防溺水、防性侵、防欺凌”为主题的法治教育课，为孩子们的新学期安全保驾护航。



为让法治教育更贴合校园实际、更贴近学生需求，王士伟律师结合师生关注重点，针对性设计了授课内容，确保课程既具法律专业性，又不失趣味性与实用性。课堂上，王律师结合未成年人的身心特点，采用动漫视频、案例讲解、情景模拟、互动问答等多种形式，围绕三大主题展开细致讲解。谈及“防溺水”，列举了暑期典型溺水案例，视频演示了同伴溺水时的正确呼救与自救方法，让学生们在直观感受中筑牢安全防线；讲到“防性侵”，则通过温和通俗的语言普及身体隐私部位相关知识，教会学生识别不当接触信号，牢记“遇到侵害要勇敢说不、及时告诉家长老师”的应对要点；针对“防欺凌”，明确了校园欺凌的多种表现形式，引导学生既要杜绝欺凌他人，也要学会在遭遇欺凌时理性求助，同时呼吁同学间互助友爱，共同抵制欺凌行为。



下一步，琼海市司法局将持续深化法治副校长履职工作，推动法治教育进校园常态化、精准化，为未成年人健康成长撑起法治“保护伞”。
