三亚市召开第一届信用应用场景观摩会

9月9日，三亚市营商环境建设局组织召开第一届三亚市信用应用场景观摩会，现场产生第一届三亚市信用应用场景优秀案例和典型案例，全面展现了各单位在信用体系建设中的创新实践与显著成效。

为积极探索“信用+”在多领域的融合应用，三亚市营商环境建设局此前已面向全市开展信用应用场景案例征集评选，经过初步评审和网络投票，15个案例脱颖而出入围现场观摩环节。

观摩会上，15家入围案例报送单位代表逐一演示介绍，由海南省、海口市社会信用体系建设负责同志以及业内专家等组成的专家组对案例现场评分，综合网络投票结果，最终评选产生6个信用应用场景优秀案例和9个信用应用场景典型案例。同时，此前已获全国或省级表彰的6个信用应用场景案例直接纳入本次信用应用场景优秀案例表彰名单。

中国人民大学财政金融学院教授、信用管理学科带头人吴晶妹应邀对参评案例进行点评。她表示，此次观摩演示案例生动、形象、接地气，充分展现了三亚市信用建设的扎实工作基础，建议三亚市进一步整合规划现有应用场景，构建清晰、简洁、高效的信用建设工作体系，从高质量发展视角加强信用理论学习，将信用建设拓展至更广泛的社会治理与经济体制改革层面，并提炼特色理论研究成果与实践模式，优化形成可推广的信用建设的“三亚经验”。

三亚市人民政府副秘书长陈是良表示，三亚市委、市政府始终将社会信用体系建设作为战略工程，系统部署、持续深化。信用建设没有终点，只有连续不断的新起点。三亚市将以此次观摩会为契机，持续深化信用体系改革，高质量编制全市“十五五”社会信用体系建设规划，深化“信用+”场景与监管融合，全面落实《“三亚经济圈”跨区域信用合作框架协议》，深化区域信用合作，共同打造诚信经济圈，为海南自贸港建设注入更强的信用力量。
