冯飞在文昌调研时指出,积极培育农产品加工行业龙头企业,着力打造名企名品名牌

6月29日，省长冯飞前往文昌市围绕产业发展、乡村振兴等内容调研经济社会发展情况，并看望脱贫户、老党员。





冯飞先后来到传味文昌鸡产业园和春光椰子王国，调研企业生产经营及产业发展情况，对两家企业紧跟市场需求，厚植海南特色，实施差异化专业化品牌化发展战略给予肯定。他指出，文昌鸡产业在发展过程中，要强化市场意识，加强原产地产品保护和使用，创新“公司+村集体+农户”模式，吸纳更多专业技术人才参与，培育更多行业龙头企业。文昌椰子产业要建强产业链，通过消博会平台扩大品牌影响力，努力打造名企、名品、名牌，实现产业、企业、产品有效衔接。



在文昌市公坡镇水北村，冯飞详细了解了水北村产业发展规划、人居环境及撂荒地整治情况，指出农村产业发展要以乡村振兴为抓手，结合实际开展产业规划，盘活利用空置房屋、撂荒地、废弃学校等资源，因地制宜发展产业，打造农旅结合的产业发展格局，促进农民增收。要探索适合本地的农业机械化生产模式，不断提升农业产业化水平，降低劳动成本，提高生产效率，全力推进撂荒地整治工作。“七一”将至，冯飞还先后前往脱贫户林森、老党员韩沈丰家中看望慰问，关切询问他们生产生活、家庭收入和医疗保障等情况，诚挚感谢老党员为地方发展做出的积极贡献，鼓励脱贫户努力奋斗、勤劳致富，并要求文昌市和有关部门要一如既往地给予他们关心和支持。





冯飞还乘船调研东郊人工岛中央环保督察发现问题整改情况，听取八门湾红树林保护利用及文昌港产城融合发展情况。冯飞指出，要坚决贯彻落实中央环保督察整改要求，按时完成人工岛拆除工作，并加强环境实时监测，尽快恢复海洋生态和海洋动力环境，再现东郊椰林的椰风海韵。要加强海洋渔业资源和生态环境保护，坚持生态优先、养捕结合、以养为主，推动渔业产业转型升级。
