琼海新增1例新冠肺炎确诊病例 活动轨迹公布

3月31日，琼海市新增1例新冠肺炎确诊病例（轻型）。琼海市疫情防控指挥部立即启动应急预案，第一时间进行调查处置，对相关风险人员落实隔离管控、对相关场所落实消毒等措施。该人员已经转至定点医院。

初步流调结果显示，该病例活动轨迹如下：

3月28日

8时左右从上海虹桥机场乘飞机于11时左右到达美兰机场（航班号HO1271，座位号52H）并完成落地检；

12时左右乘私家车前往琼海；

13时左右到博鳌未来医院2号楼；

16时30分左右入住博鳌镇东屿岛大酒店；

17时左右乘私家车到博鳌镇食百味私房菜用餐；

18时左右步行至这片海餐饮吧用餐；

19时30分左右乘私家车回酒店后未外出。

3月29日

8时左右在东屿岛大酒店餐厅用早餐；

9时至15时左右乘私家车到博鳌未来医院，期间在该地点外卖用餐；

15时30分左右按照市疫情防控指挥部防控要求，到博鳌镇卫生院进行核酸采样（乘私家车）；

16时30分左右回酒店后未外出。

3月30日

8时至9时左右在东屿岛大酒店餐厅用早餐；

12时左右乘私家车到万泉河旧事农家庄用午餐；

14时30分左右乘私家车回东屿岛大酒店；

17时30分左右按照市疫情防控指挥部防控要求，到集中隔离点隔离（乘私家车）。

请在上述时间段、地点与该人员有接触或有轨迹交集的人员第一时间主动向社区（村）、单位、所住宿宾馆或疾控部门报告，配合做好流调及相关健康管理措施，如瞒报、迟报、谎报将依法追究相关责任。

同时，琼海市将持续加强重点地区旅居史抵琼人员排查和管控工作。自3月30日0时起，国内疫情严重地区抵琼人员须进行7天严格居家健康监测+7天自我健康监测。凡抵琼满7天未满14天的，须进行1次核酸检测，结果未出前居家(酒店等住地)等待；抵琼未满7天的人员，采取3天2次核酸检测(2次核酸检测间隔24小时)，并在第7天再进行1次核酸检测。

请广大市民不造谣、不信谣、不传谣，涉疫消息以官方发布为准，继续增强防范意识，科学佩戴口罩、勤洗手、常通风、保持安全社交距离、不扎堆、不聚集，尽早全程接种新冠病毒疫苗。

琼海市新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控工作指挥部发布关于划定3月31日新增1例确诊病例封控区、管控区的通告。

根据疫情防控形势，琼海市划定3月31日新增1例确诊病例封控区、管控区、防范区的范围及管控措施通告如下：

一、博鳌镇

（一）封控区

东屿岛大酒店、食百味私房菜、这片海餐饮吧、万泉河旧事农家庄

（二）管控区

博鳌亚洲论坛大酒店、金海岸大酒店、东屿岛员工宿舍

（三）防范区

博鳌村委会、朝烈村委会、培兰村委会（除封控区、管控区以外的区域）

二、乐城先行区

（一）封控区

博鳌未来医院

（二）防范区

整个乐城先行区（除封控区以外的区域）

三、管理措施

（一）封控区内，实行“区域封闭、足不出户、服务上门”管控措施，定期进行核酸检测。

（二）管控区内，实行“人不出区、严禁聚集”管控措施，每户限1人错峰取物。按照统一安排，有序到指定地点进行核酸检测。

（三）防范区内，实行“非必要不出防范区域，强化社会面管控，严格限制人员聚集”管控措施，按要求开展核酸检测。

相关区域的划分将根据每日疫情研判动态调整，琼海市疫情防控指挥部将及时公布。
