On February 21, 2026 (11:15 a.m., the 5th day of the Lunar New Year), NeuroStar and Yamei Auction House officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Sanya, marking NeuroStar’s official entry into Hainan Free Trade Port.

Relying on the policy advantages and international platform of the Free Trade Port, both sides will take Chinese traditional culture as the foundation and cutting-edge technology as the engine. We will deeply integrate the four sectors of culture, technology, finance and education to build an innovative development ecosystem, and steadily realize the grand vision of being rooted in China, facing Asia and reaching out to the world.

Yamei Auction has long been engaged in cultural relics and artworks auction and international cultural exchanges. NeuroStar focuses on brain-computer interface and digital cultural technology innovation. In the future, the two sides will join forces in digitalization of cultural relics, digital art rights confirmation, cultural-tech finance, and international education exchange, to help build Hainan Free Trade Port into a new highland for international cultural trade.
