【竞赛回顾】：1、项目地址：本项目位于海南省五指山市水满乡，南临五指山路，北距海三高速毛阳互通约 35 千米车程，南距山海高速南圣互通约 31 千米车程，毗邻海南热带雨林国家公园五指山片区管理局1.5 千米。本项目地块编码 A-01，用地代码 080301，用地性质为图书与展览用地，用地面积为51788平方米，容积率≤0.5；建筑密度≤30%；绿地率≥40%，建筑高度<24 米。2、征集费用：概念方案公开征集费用主要由入围奖金及优胜奖金组成，共计约109万元人民币。其中入围奖金每家15万元人民币，拟由通过资格预审入围的5家机构参与；优胜奖金34万元人民币，额外授予概念方案评审综合排名第一的中选方案单位，用于中选方案优化。3、中南院、哈工院、华工院等5家机构及联合体入围 | 海南热带雨林国家公园自然博物馆概念方案征集；
