三亚市抗击台风“剑鱼”新闻发布会召开

记者从会上获悉

为全力确保人民群众生命财产安全

全市已恢复供水1784户

已打通道路102条

多方联动正全力

尽快恢复正常的生活秩序

自8月25日1时起，统筹组织驻市军警、民兵、消防、专业部门及社会救援力量近5000人，分批次有序投入路障清理、供水供电通信设施抢修等工作，扎实推进台风防御各项任务。

在台风防御工作中，三亚闻风而动、快速响应，市委、市政府密集调度，多次督导船舶管控、地质灾害点等重点领域，包保领导下沉一线，村干部逐户摸排确保“不落一户、不漏一人”，同时启动党员应急机制，让党旗飘扬在抗灾前沿。全市3605艘渔船回港或机动避风，2431名渔民、82名渔排人员全部上岸，完成水库、在建工地等巡查，指导453个工地加固塔吊等设施，漫水路桥落实24小时值守。

截至25日8时，三亚累计转移群众40772人，重点保障特殊人群转移，严防人员返回危险区域，排查213名38周及以上孕妇、畅通孕产妇急诊绿色通道，做好14.44万过夜游客安置服务。市市场监管局发布价格告诫书稳物价，当前蔬果、粮油等储备可满足群众未来两天的需求。

抢险力量方面，目前，除了投入驻市军警、市消防综合救援、专业部门救援和社会救援力量开展抢修抢通，省消防、省林业、供电抢险等省直增援队伍1450人，民兵1306人，海口、文昌、万宁、琼海和东方等市县支援三亚队伍约790人，以及支援的装备设施陆续抵达三亚参与灾后恢复。三亚还通过应急广播、短信等推送预警，协调运营商发送提示559.5万次，用短视频等做好防灾指引。

三亚近5000人连夜清障

102条中断道路已打通

三亚将道路畅通作为恢复秩序关键，统筹驻军部队、民兵、消防等抢险力量，联动省消防救援及各市县支援力量近5000人，自凌晨1时起投入重点区域清障工作。

目前已清理倒伏树木6619棵、打通102条中断道路，榆亚路、凤凰路等重要道路恢复通行，三亚湾路抢修正全力推进。

三亚部分旅游景区恢复营业

目前，三亚17家旅游景区正逐步恢复运营。其中，三亚国际免税城景区及亚特兰蒂斯景区已于今日下午恢复营业；南山景区、大小洞天2家受损较小的景区，预计8月26日正常开放。天涯海角、鹿回头等13家受损较严重的景区，需2至3日完成树木清理、户外设施检修，具体开园时间以景区官方公告为准。市民游客可通过景区官方公众号或咨询电话获取最新动态，避免行程受阻。

三亚多领域加紧抢修

部分居民用水供电恢复

三亚当前正全力推进供水、供电、供气、通信设施抢修。供水方面，7座停水加压泵站已恢复部分供水，1784户居民用水恢复，剩余5262户抢修正加紧推进。

三亚水净公司14个水质净化厂运行正常，出水达标且无污水外溢。供电领域，虽有59条线路跳闸、116个小区停电，但抢修持续进行，全力降低对3.8万户受影响用户的影响。

供气上，5处天然气管道受损断点正抓紧修复。通信方面，2471个退服基站已恢复186个，后续将加力推进抢修工作。

三亚生活必需品供应充足

市场秩序平稳

三亚全力保障台风后生活必需品供应，第一时间协调商超、农贸市场及重点保供企业加大货源储备。

目前，22家大中型超市9种基本生活必需品库存充足，可满足全市正常需求；成品油库存超7000吨，粮食批发商库存约2200吨且调运通畅、价格平稳，蔬菜储备约580吨、生猪存栏约1300头，供应稳定。各大商超、农贸市场无哄抢现象，60余家菜篮子平价网点对22种蔬菜开展平价特价销售，确保物价平稳。

三亚酒店推出台风行程保障政策免退订手续费并优先保障续住房源

三亚已协调全市酒店推出专项保障政策，助力受台风影响的游客调整行程。因台风导致行程变更需退订的游客，可凭订单信息联系酒店或预订平台办理退订，免除不可抗力产生的退订手续费，且无退订时限限制；需续订的游客可享受房源优先保障，酒店将依据房态提供合理价格优惠，并协助调整后续行程。
