竣工！项目是海南自贸港江东新区第一高楼将作为中国石化集团的区域性总部基地利用海南自贸港政策和区位优势开展能源国际贸易、跨境电商新能源研究与开发等业务在海南打造具有国际竞争力的离岸石化基地、石油勘探开发及新能源生产基地和能源贸易中心
2025年1月23日，位于海口江东新区的中国石化自贸大厦项目主体结构完工，顺利通过竣工验收，为江东新区再添一座标志性建筑。

中国石化自贸大厦项目。李玉祥摄中国石化自贸大厦设计建筑高度150米，是海口江东新区最高的标志性建筑，总建筑面积近11万平方米，作为五星级标准商务写字楼，主要建设内容包括总部办公及服务用房、交易中心、会议中心、展示大厅及地下停车库等，并同步实施道路、广场等室外工程。项目施工方、中建五局海南分公司海口片区项目总经理徐胜表示，项目克服了距海近、地质条件复杂及高温暴雨、超强台风摩羯等困难，紧盯工期，采用新型爬模+铝模等“四新”技术，实现核心筒7天一层流水施工，提前23天完成塔楼核心筒结构封顶；采用工厂预制，单元化安装等技术，同步开展幕墙安装、装饰装修、园林绿化等施工作业，实现快速施工，完成了竣工节点。


该项目总工彭恩儒介绍，项目还打造了智慧工地管理平台，借助AI监控、智能广播、云计算、大数据、实景三维等新技术，对施工现场进行动态监测，搭建大厦数据模型，以模型推算解决了建筑外形钻石轮廓切边的装修难题，有效协调各方资源，管理施工进度，确保安全施工。与此同时，该项目积极响应江东新区绿色低碳的节能号召，装配率达到75%，大量采用如c60高强自密实混凝土、高强钢材、uhpc超高强预制幕墙构件等新型环保材料，助力项目创建绿色三星建筑。据悉，中国石化自贸大厦项目正在推进相关单位入驻等多项工作，将依托自贸港政策优势和区位优势，发展国际能源贸易、金融服务、电子商务、新能源科研开发，以及国际工程项目服务等高端产业，带动中国石化绿色能源产业转型升级，助力海南自贸港建设。
